Sonatafy Technology is seeking aPrincipal Engineerto lead complex software architecture initiatives, drive modernization efforts, and lead high-performing engineering teams. This senior role blends architecture, hands-on development, and strategic problem-solving for enterprise clients building next-generation systems. You will guide multiple engineering teams through the design and delivery of scalable, event-driven platforms, establish technical standards, and ensure world-class engineering practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture design across distributed, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.
  • Enforce clean architecture and SOLID principles, ensuring alignment across multiple engineering pods.
  • Guide the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI Development Toolchains, LLMs, and automation-driven engineering practices.
  • Establish technical standards for code quality, CI/CD automation, testing, and documentation.
  • Partner with executives, product managers, and DevOps to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead client-facing technical discussions and solution architecture sessions during pre-sales engagements.
