Job description

Hudson Automotive Group is on the lookout for a career-minded Insurance Claims Representative to join our growing team. As an Insurance Claims Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between insurance carriers, third-party administrators, legal counsel, dealership personnel, and internal business partners to ensure claims are investigated, documented, and resolved efficiently.

Who are we looking for?

  • The ideal candidate has experience reviewing and coordinating insurance claims involving property damage, general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and other commercial insurance matters.
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience with insurance claims representative handling for nationally recognized insurance carriers.
  • Auto/Liability/Property preferred
  • Track record of serving as the primary point of contact between insurance carriers, adjusters, third-party administrators, legal counsel, and dealership leadership.
  • Proven experience monitoring claims throughout the lifecycle to ensure timely investigation, documentation, and resolution.
