As a remote Sales Representative, you will sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and other complementary insurance products to new clients. Top performers earn $66,000+ annually through our competitive base salary plus commission structure. Sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and complementary insurance products

Acquire 20+ new households or write $50,000+ in P&C premium per month

Build and maintain referral partnerships (2+ new partnerships per month after 90 days)

Follow up with leads and prospects to maximize conversion rates

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Represent The Campo Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity


Requirements

P&C insurance license (active or willing to obtain before start date)

Proven sales experience (insurance, financial services, or high-volume phone sales preferred)
