As a Remote Mental Health Counselor with our organization, you will work from home in a fully remote capacity. You will utilize an all-in-one telehealth platform designed to connect you with clients efficiently. This includes secure video conferencing and messaging capabilities, alongside tools for journaling and goal tracking, enabling a comprehensive care approach. Our platform ensures that you stay connected to a supportive community of over 10,000 therapists, fostering collaboration and growth.

In your role, you will:

• Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans for clients through our online platform.
• Engage in ongoing therapy sessions with clients utilizing various communication methods, including video and audio messaging.
• Document client progress and treatment interventions accurately within the platform.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of presenting issues while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and clinical judgment.
• Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with mental health best practices.

You will primarily serve a client population of stable, low-acuity adults diagnosed with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship issues, among others. Notably, our platform does not hold sessions for children or clients experiencing severe mental health scenarios, which allows you to focus on manageable cases and foster therapeutic relationships more efficiently.

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid Full Independent LMHC license in the state of Washington, with no disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless communication.
• A working phone and a PC or laptop, as tablet devices are not supported.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with experience in telehealth counseling, particularly with adult populations. Familiarity with electronic health records, remote therapeutic interventions, and a track record of effective client engagement through virtual platforms are desirable.

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, dependent upon hours worked. Alongside this, you will receive a substantial sign-on bonus and a monthly stipend for medical, dental, and vision benefits if you are a full-time therapist.
