About QLER

QLER provides 24/7/365 on-demand psychiatric consultation services to emergency departments and hospitals across the United States. Our mission is to deliver timely, high-quality psychiatric care through a fully remote clinical workforce.

Position Overview

QLER is seeking board-certified or truly board-eligible General Psychiatrists to join our On-Demand ER Consult team. This fully remote position involves providing real-time psychiatric evaluations and recommendations to ED attending physicians and inpatient teams nationwide.
You may work from anywhere within the United States.

Requirements

  • Current board certification in General Psychiatry, or true board eligibility (defined as obtaining board certification within 3 years of completing residency)
  • Ability to evaluate patients of all ages
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple EMRs; all documentation is completed directly in partner hospital systems
  • Reliable, secure high-speed internet
  • Ability to work on camera for the full duration of each shift, in a professional setting free from distractions and background noise
Note: QLER does not employ mid-level providers; no supervision duties are required.

Licensing & Credentialing
  • Credentialing and multi-state licensure typically take 5 6 months
  • QLER pays all licensing fees and manages all related paperwork

Work Schedule
We have full-time and part-time openings:
• Full-time: minimum 32 hours per week
• Part-time: minimum 20 hours per week
All shifts involve providing 100% remote ED and inpatient floor consults via audio and video.
