About the Role

The Project Coordinator I provides essential administrative and project coordination support to assigned departments, programs, and projects. This role is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys coordinating people, processes, and priorities while building the skills needed for a successful career in project management.
 
 The high priority is focused on task execution and project coordination, including managing timelines, tracking deliverables, documenting meetings, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring projects remain on schedule. The remaining responsibilities are client- and partner-facing, requiring regular communication with external stakeholders, facilitating meetings, coordinating requests, and building positive working relationships.
 
 Success in this position requires someone who enjoys balancing detailed operational work with meaningful collaboration and customer service.

What You\'ll Do
  • Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Complete assigned project work while meeting deadlines.
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, and deliverables.
  • Communicate regularly with external partners.
  • Support work plans, scheduling, agendas, meeting minutes, and deliverable tracking.
  • Maintain file-sharing platforms and perform data entry and data management.
