• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients through our secure telehealth platform, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic interventions.
• Engage in ongoing assessment of client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for diverse client demographics, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, and personal growth challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive client care, making referrals to specialists as needed and actively participating in case consultations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring the highest level of care.

Your role will involve working with a varied clientele, including adults, couples, and families facing a multitude of mental health challenges. The ability to empathize with clients from different backgrounds and tailor your therapeutic approach to their individual stories is essential. Your expertise will play a critical role in guiding clients through periods of difficulty, fostering resilience, and promoting positive mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing counseling services to clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage client documentation and treatment planning.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to counseling, with a commitment to supporting client well-being.
• An efficient home office setup equipped with reliable internet access, audio/visual communication tools, and a confidential environment for client interactions.

While not mandatory, additional certifications in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care, are highly valued and will enhance your efficacy in this role.
