We are seeking an AI Solutions Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing and building AI-powered business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, Azure AI Foundry, API integrations, and enterprise AI architecture, along with a passion for building intelligent automation solutions that solve real business problems.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Solutions Developer to assist in the development of AI-driven automation solutions, including court report generation from Microsoft Dynamics and AI-powered summarization of audio recordings with automated data storage in defined Microsoft Dynamics fields.

This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AI ecosystem.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience with Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI Builder model development (document processing, prediction, classification, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience working with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio including:
    • GPT-4 / GPT-4o models
    • Embeddings and vector search
    • Prompt flow
    • Azure Cognitive Services (Vision, Language, Speech, Search)
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and building custom connectors for Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of data preparation, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Experience with Power Platform governance, environment strategy, and DLP policies.
  • Working knowledge of Azure security including managed identities, Key Vault, and role-based access.
  • Experience with ALM pipelines for Power Platform (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
  • Scripting experience in Power Fx, JavaScript, and/or Python.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build end-to-end business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps) with integrated AI capabilities.
  • Develop, train, and deploy AI Builder models including document processing, prediction, classification, and generative AI features.
  • Design and implement Azure AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio) solutions using GPT-4/4o models, embeddings, vector search, prompt flows, and evaluation pipelines.
  • Integrate Azure AI services with Power Apps and Power Automate using custom connectors, REST APIs, and Dataverse.
  • Automate court report generation from Microsoft Dynamics using AI-based document and data processing.
  • Build AI-powered solutions for summarizing audio recordings and automatically storing structured summaries into defined fields in Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Design secure, scalable, and governed AI architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Implement prompt engineering best practices, including grounding, evaluation, and safety controls.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-enabled workflows and applications.
  • Apply responsible AI practices including bias mitigation, privacy, and model monitoring.
  • Support ALM processes using GitHub or Azure DevOps for Power Platform solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI models, automation workflows, and application performance.
