• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video chat, utilizing established best practices in telehealth.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that align with goals identified during assessment sessions, regularly updating these plans to reflect client progress.
• Provide guidance that empowers clients to gain insights into their thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting techniques and interventions as necessary to foster their development of healthy coping strategies.

You will work primarily with stable, low acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and adjustment issues. Our goal is to assist individuals in developing life-enhancing skills that improve their overall quality of life. By tailoring your approach to each client's unique circumstances, you will play a vital role in their mental health journey.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license (LCPC) allowing for independent practice; candidates unable to work unsupervised should not apply.
• No limited or provisional licenses; no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with an empathetic nature that fosters client trust and rapport.
• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to use teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems effectively.
• Access to a computer with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions and a reliable internet connection.

• Prior experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools is advantageous.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding their unique cultural contexts.

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and working hours.
