Job Title: Sr. Product Designer Location-Type: Remote Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract, 6 months Compensation Range: $70-$77/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The client is seeking a self-directed Senior Product Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end telehealth subscription experience across multiple treatment verticals, ensuring cohesive, conversion-optimized flows for users. Job Summary •Own the full user experience for the client's telehealth subscription flows across subscription verticals •Design and optimize complex end-to-end flows including intake, checkout, and treatment selection, ensuring a cohesive and smooth user journey •Partner closely with a content designer and two full-time designers to deliver highly collaborative, cross-functional design solutions •Work within an established design system to maintain visual consistency while bringing strong individual design judgment •Proactively manage your own workload and timelines, identifying blockers and pursuing answers independently without waiting for direction •Apply conversion and growth experimentation principles to optimize subscription intake and checkout flows •Leverage AI tools to help expedite and enhance design workflows Minimum Requirements: •5 years of experience as a hands-on individual contributor Product Designer •Demonstrated expertise in Figma, including working within pre-built design systems •Proven ability to handle complex, multi-step user flows with clarity and precision •Portfolio featuring strong end-to-end case studies covering problem definition, design approach, and measurable impact •Experience with conversion and growth experimentation, particularly optimizing intake or checkout flows •Experience in a consumer-facing, regulated industry  •Recent, extensive telehealth experience •Strong visual design skills combined with solid product thinking, a T-shaped designer profile Preferred Qualifications: •Background in service-based subscription products (not physical goods commerce) •Meaningful experience in growth-focused design roles •Openness to integrating AI tools into design workflows
