Description
As an On-Site AV Technician, you'll provide technical support for cutting-edge commercial A/V systems. In this role, you will troubleshoot, configure, and support videoconferencing systems while delivering exceptional customer service. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and on-site visits, ensuring timely resolution and optimal system performance.
- Provide technical support for A/V and videoconferencing systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues on-site and remotely.
- Assist end users in the operation and configuration of A/V systems, offering training and guidance as needed.
- Respond to and manage support inquiries via phone, email, and escalation processes.
- Participate in technical troubleshooting, event setups, and system installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical support activities and system configurations.
- Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with A/V systems, videoconferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and related technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including network and hardware problem resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and other productivity software.
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience in A/V support, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications (e.g., Extron, Dante, Pro Tools) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and polished in professional settings.
