This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct your sessions at a location of your choice while tapping into an extensive online platform designed for mental health professionals. • Provide individualized mental health care through video sessions, audio calls, and messaging to facilitate ongoing communication with clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments to create personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.
• Utilize our platform's features, such as online journals and goal-setting tools, to enhance client engagement and track therapeutic progress.
• Participate in regular professional development and peer community discussions through the platform to continually refine your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Manage your own caseload to ensure that you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with adults dealing with a variety of low-acuity mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, weight management, and grief. Our screening process ensures that you are matched with clients who align with your therapeutic skills and areas of expertise, allowing for more effective and meaningful interactions.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and valid LPCC license without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong familiarity with telehealth technologies and online therapeutic practices.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a working computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).

• Experience in providing teletherapy and remote counseling services.
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for client management and communication.
• Prior experience in a clinical setting dealing with the specified patient population.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, full-time counselors are provided with a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
