We are looking for a new Account Executive to join our growing team. Our Sales Team translates our product capabilities to customer needs, through effective questions techniques during discovery calls and the creation of compelling business cases. Every member of this team attends weekly 1:1 meeting with the VP of Sales to discuss their pipeline and accurately forecast future production; We eat our own cooking when it comes to accurate forecasts!

In this role you will be responsible for
• Meeting and exceeding your sales quota by driving self-created new business and responding to inbound leads to grow revenue through new contracts. Please be aware, this is a role that requires prospecting!
• Building and maintaining a robust and clean customer pipeline through effective prospecting and outbound cold calls, emails, in-person conferences, and LinkedIn correspondence.
• Performing thorough discovery calls that connect the value our software delivers to the problems that prospects struggle with. These discoveries will become the foundation for a targeted demonstration that our technical sales team will perform. The better the discovery, the better the demo, the more likely we can gain a new customer. Your value is the highest in discovery.
• Meeting and exceeding your prospect outreach metrics through targeted and impactful communication.
• Working in the system! You must be able to document your work in our CRM and show transparency in your sales technique. We are not looking for perfection, we are looking for a desire to constantly improve. We coach hard and we play hard. You must be comfortable with a transparent high-performance culture.
