Job Summary Provide onsite IT support for Dallas-based employees and remote support for users across other office locations as needed Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows and macOS endpoints, peripherals, mobile devices, and standard business applications Support conference rooms, audio-visual equipment, and live meeting needs, including real-time troubleshooting during meetings Track, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests through the organization's ITSM ticketing platform, owning issues through to resolution Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, access setup and removal, and coordination with internal stakeholders Maintain accurate inventory of laptops, peripherals, and accessories, including assignments, moves, replacements, and secure disposal Partner with IT leadership and adjacent teams on technology rollouts, refresh cycles, and operational improvement initiatives Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role, with a sweet spot of 4-6 years Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and admin centers Experience supporting C-level executives and senior stakeholders in a formal professional environment Familiarity with identity and access management tools such as Entra ID, Active Directory, and Okta, including password resets and integration support Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented, customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Azure virtual machine support Exposure to endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike, including alert triage and initial incident response Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools including Zoom, Slack, Teams, and Egnyte Prior experience supporting users across multiple office locations nationally or globally Experience as the sole IT resource responsible for Tier 1 ticketing at a given office location Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
