Integrity Mental Health Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team on a full-time basis. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques based on the client’s feedback and progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated care for every client.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and legal regulations in counseling practices.
• Stay updated with current research and best practices in mental health therapy through regular participation in workshops and professional development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including those dealing with trauma, substance abuse, family dynamics, and interpersonal relationships. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical outpatient setting, will be highly regarded.
• Solid knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations relevant to counseling practices is crucial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to enhance client outcomes.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and familiarity with other relevant software is a plus.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, and couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address client needs effectively will enhance the candidate’s fit for this role.
• Active involvement in ongoing education and professional enhancement related to developments in mental health.

The compensation for this full-time Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
