About the Role:
Join APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC as a Registered Nurse in Home Health, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients in their own homes. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our community in Conyers, GA.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring adherence to care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to evaluate health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate health records.
  • Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and quality of life.

Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
