Job description

Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for USTDA solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission. This contingent, intermittent role leads the CNS/ATM and airspace-modernization work package.
WBS responsibilities
• Assess communications, navigation, surveillance, procedures, spectrum and airspace interfaces.
• Define performance and interoperability requirements without prescribing a vendor.
• Develop architecture, safety-case, certification, testing, training and operational-transition tasks.
• Evaluate remote-site logistics, human factors, legacy-system integration, cyber dependencies and continuity.
• Convert gaps into project-report findings, TOR tasks, schedule dependencies and acceptance tests.
Required evidence
• 10+ years of CNS/ATM, ATC, surveillance, navigation, communications or airspace-modernization work.
• Demonstrated ICAO and/or FAA standards, safety-critical requirements and transition/certification experience.
• Evidence of architecture, safety case, system requirements, testing, training or implementation planning.
• Clear technical writing for government, airport or air-navigation clients.
Preferred evidence
• Digital tower, ADS-B, radar, multilateration, PBN, remote-site or Asia modernization experience.
Engagement
Remote and intermittent over a potential four-year contract period, subject to award and individual assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for applicable assignments and will be confirmed separately. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence is required for proposal eligibility. Selection, award, hours and travel are contingent.
