We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team, supporting critical government projects. This role offers a chance to leverage cutting-edge AI tools, work on innovative platform configurations, and contribute to mission-critical solutions for a prestigious client. Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience developing in ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Expertise in configuring and developing ServiceNow applications, including form and field management, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Catalog Items, and flows with Flow Designer
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem Management, Demand, and PPM
  • Experience with integrations via REST API, Transform Maps, and CMDB configuration and development
  • Proficiency in SDLC practices, Agile methodologies, and application lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate across teams
  • Ability to utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Playwright to enhance productivity and automation
  • Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with other ServiceNow modules, including specialized areas like Service , Workspaces, and Troubleshooting ACLs
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (ATF) and version control tools (VersionOne, etc.)
  • Knowledge of AI-driven development and automation practices
  • Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • More than 4 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience, with increased expertise for senior roles
