This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing our LCSW to engage with clients from the comfort of their own home. While offering autonomy, the position requires regular communication with our multidisciplinary team via telecommunication tools to ensure consistent and coordinated support for our clients. You will leverage technology to conduct teletherapy sessions, ensuring that clients receive uninterrupted care tailored to their unique situations.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health concerns and identify client strengths and areas of challenge.
• Provide individualized therapy, familial sessions, and group counseling while adapting interventions based on the distinctive needs and cultural backgrounds of clients.
• Implement evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, tailored specifically for each client’s situation.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans that outline achievable goals and measurable interventions to track client progress effectively.
• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals to create and refine holistic treatment approaches.
• Facilitate crisis intervention services, which may include risk assessments and safety planning to ensure client security.
• Advocate for patients' rights, linking them with vital community resources and offering case management support as required.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health literacy and access to resources.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with addiction, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Your expertise in navigating cultural sensitivities and personal challenges will be crucial in supporting these clients on their journey toward recovery and wellness.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and possess strong cultural competence.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, underscored by empathy and a problem-solving mindset.

• At least one year of practice in a community mental health environment is preferred.
