This role is structured as a remote position, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our clinic's team. You will interact with colleagues via telecommunication tools and contribute to a supportive environment where sharing insights and experiences is encouraged. Our remote setting utilizes both asynchronous and synchronous communication methods to foster engagement and collaboration within our multidisciplinary team.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health needs and design tailored treatment plans that consider their unique situations and goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance client resilience and coping strategies.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and supervision to stay current with best practices and enhance clinical competencies.
• Provide valuable input on improving patient care quality and service delivery within the clinic.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population that encompasses varying age groups, socioeconomic backgrounds, and presenting concerns. You will work with individuals facing significant emotional challenges, some of whom may have experienced trauma. • A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active license in the state of California is essential, with certifications as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with clients dealing with emotional or psychological challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients and their families.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is highly desirable, as it aids in efficient client documentation and communication.
• Experience providing treatment in community or clinic settings, specifically working with underserved populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention techniques.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
