In this role you will join the Agentforce team, an internal creative agency that supports the Salesforce Professional Services organization by creating proposal services and highโquality visual assets for customer engagements. Responsibilities Design dynamic, accessible, and userโcentered graphics across web, slideware, social, motion, and print formats. Own endโtoโend design work from intake and concepting through final handoff and quality assurance. Apply clear visual hierarchy and content strategy to support storytelling in editorial, video, and product contexts. Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and other stakeholders to translate stakeholder needs into compelling visual artifacts. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and contribute to evolving Salesforce style guidelines. Prioritize and manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fastโmoving, remoteโfirst environment. Provide constructive feedback in design reviews, mentor junior designers, and help shape team standards and best practices. Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and emerging creative tools, including AIโdriven design assistants where relevant. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field. A strong portfolio that demonstrates dynamic, effective design rooted in content strategy and user experience. Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides. Strong understanding of branding and experience designing across multiple mediums (digital, print, slideware, social, motion). Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proactive in sharing work and receptive to feedback. Experience working on a collaborative creative team and partnering crossโfunctionally with editorial, video, UX, and other disciplines. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and operate with autonomy in a remote, asynchronous setting. Proven experience leading design projects with contractors, providing clear direction, actionable feedback, and maintaining alignment across stakeholders. Experience mentoring or guiding other designers. Degree or equivalent experience required. Preferred Qualifications Motion design experience or proficiency with After Effects. Familiarity with Salesforce products and ecosystem. Working knowledge of responsive design and exporting assets for web.
