• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments for students to identify their mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that align with each student's unique needs and educational goals.
• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, psychiatrists, and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk management when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in high-stress situations.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, facilitating clear communication among team members.
• Facilitate engaging psychoeducation workshops for students and their families to enhance understanding and awareness of mental health issues.

The clientele at Tranquil Trail Behavioral Center primarily includes school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Our goal is to empower these young individuals in a familiar and supportive environment, reinforcing their resilience and self-worth through tailored interventions.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting, particularly in outpatient care or school-based services.
• Thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices, commitment to trauma-informed care, and ability to engage with diverse populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience working within a school setting, familiar with educational structures and mental health programming.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
