• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health issues and formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment strategies, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions that encourage client participation and foster a supportive environment.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and address all aspects of a client’s mental health.
• Educate and support families of clients, helping them to understand the mental health challenges faced by their loved ones and fostering their active involvement in the treatment process.
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards by maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation of client records.

Your clients will include individuals from various backgrounds, facing an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a mental health clinician in a clinical or outpatient setting is ideal.
• Prior experience providing therapy to diverse populations or specialized groups is highly valued.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will be advantageous.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
