About the Role


We are hiring a Senior Process Transformation Consultant to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role for an energetic, bright individuals who excel at bridging the gap between complex business challenges and structured, high-performance solutions.


You will work in a collaborative environment, moving from high-level discovery to the delivery of tangible business improvements. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and enjoys solving complex problems.


What You'll Do


  • Facilitate Discovery: Lead and oversee highimpact workshops, executive meetings, and complex client interviews to uncover underlying business challenges, validate assumptions, and guide the development of optimized, futurestate processes.
  • Design & Deliver Solutions: Steer and build advanced, datadriven business solutions and strategic recommendations tailored for various audiences, ensuring they drive measurable and sustainable improvements in client performance.
  • Analyze & Map Processes: Oversee and perform advanced business process mapping, integrating detailed analysis to identify systemic bottlenecks, operational risks, and multilayered transformation opportunities.
  • Manage Project Workstreams: Provide senior leadership across multiple project workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, adherence to delivery standards, and proactive mitigation of risks affecting timelines or scope.
  • Communicate Progress: Deliver structured, executiveready reporting and presentations that clearly articulate project status, key findings, risks, and strategic implications to senior stakeholders, ensuring full transparency.
  • Collaborative Execution: Guide and mentor team members to ensure cohesive and integrated delivery across all client mandates, fostering collaboration, enhancing team performance, and ensuring highquality deliverables at every stage.
  • Drive Business Development:
    Actively identify new opportunities to add value within client mandates, lead the scoping of new project requirements, and contribute strategic insights to the development of high-impact business proposals.


Qualifications


Required


  • University education completed in Commerce, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in Consulting or similar jobs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Exceptional communication skills required in English, both verbal and written
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Must be located in the Greater Montreal Area


Considered an Asset


  • Professional experience in Project Management
  • Lean Six Sigma Certifications
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools (Microsoft Visio or equivalent)
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
  • Relevant experience in adult learning and training content development
  • Relevant experience in the aviation industry
  • Communication skills in French are encouraged

Vos responsabilites


Faciliter la decouverte :

Concevoir et livrer des solutions :

Mener des transformations transversales :
Piloter des initiatives de transformation complexes et transversales necessitant la coordination de plusieurs equipes, en s'assurant de l'alignement entre les objectifs strategiques et l'execution au quotidien

Analyser et cartographier les processus :
Superviser et realiser une cartographie avancee des processus d'affaires, en integrant des analyses detaillees pour identifier les points de frictions, les risques operationnels et les opportunites de transformation a plusieurs niveaux

Gerer les flux de travail des projets :
Exercer un leadership senior sur plusieurs volets de projet, en assurant l'alignement avec la strategie organisationnelle, le respect des normes de livraison et la gestion proactive des risques pouvant affecter les echeanciers ou la portee

Communiquer l'avancement :
Produire et presenter des rapports structures, prets pour la direction, qui communiquent clairement l'etat d'avancement des projets, les constats cles, les risques et leurs implications strategiques aux parties prenantes de haut niveau, en assurant une transparence complete

Execution collaborative :
Encadrer et mentorer les membres de l'equipe afin d'assurer une prestation coherente et integree sur l'ensemble des mandats clients, favoriser la collaboration, renforcer la performance des equipes et garantir la qualite des livrables a chaque etape

Naviguer dans l'ambiguite :
