In this highly visible role, you will lead and support strategic workforce planning initiatives that influence how the organization identifies, develops, and deploys talent across the enterprise. Working in a dynamic government contracting environment, you will partner with leaders across the business to design scalable workforce solutions that support mission-critical programs and essential public services.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, data analysis, AI aptitude, project management, and executive communication skills. You will leverage workforce data and emerging technologies to identify future skill requirements, optimize talent solutions, and develop actionable workforce plans that enable long-term organizational success. This role offers the opportunity to create compelling business cases and presentations for senior leadership while driving the implementation of innovative workforce planning processes and frameworks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of SWP-related projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery against defined scope, timelines, and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation within SWP processes and support the development and execution of project plans across cross-functional stakeholder groups.
- Lead process design and standardization efforts by documenting and optimizing SWP workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Establish and maintain project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting to ensure visibility, accountability, and informed decision-making.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, recommending solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Support coordination of Technical Beach activities, including onboarding, operations, and job jar build-out and management, while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Analyze and resolve operational challenges of moderate complexity, making recommendations and supporting decision-making in partnership with stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder alignment across SWP, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders; apply working knowledge of SWP policies and practices.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to drive project progress, ensuring clear outcomes and follow-through.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specific Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with strategic workforce planning.
- Experience developing executive-ready presentations, reports, and delivering effective presentations to leadership audiences.
- Experience with HR project experience is preferred.
