Description

TELUS Partner Solutions (TPS) is the wholesale division of TELUS.  We work with Canadian and international organizations to enhance their product offering and to engineer a broad range of possibilities for them and their end customers.

We are searching for a highly motivated self-starter who is passionate, results-orientated and has a keen sense of curiosity. As a Sr. Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for driving strategic projects as a crucial member of the Partner Solutions Management team.  The successful candidate will be part of a diverse, high performance team of results-oriented professionals to assess, deliver, and manage a variety of voice telecom solutions to our customers.  This tightly knit team consists of individuals who understand how to balance sales, customer care, regulatory/CRTC mandates and client needs throughout the lifecycle of a product.

Why YOU will love this opportunity:

  • Play a meaningful role in shaping the voice interconnection strategy of one of Canada's leading telecommunications companies

  • Work at the intersection of network strategy, financial optimization, regulatory governance, and AI-driven transformation

  • Flexible work program that gives team members the ability to work where and when they're most productive

  • We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits and Share purchase program with a generous company contribution

What YOU Will Do:

  • Drive revenue growth and execute cost optimization initiatives across the Transit & Termination financial portfolio, delivering meaningful and measurable savings for the business

  • Manage IP Network Interconnection activities end-to-end - overseeing the technical and commercial relationships that enable voice traffic exchange between TELUS and domestic and international carrier partners

  • Perform billing and settlement analysis and invoicing across voice interconnection functions - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and revenue integrity

  • Own operational & vendor management of voice billing systems - monitoring for exceptions in routing and the processing of Call Detail Records to safeguard revenue assurance and billing accuracy

  • Support voice network rationalization efforts to reduce operational spend and modernize legacy voice infrastructure

  • Facilitate Revenue Assurance activities, including settlement revenue and cost reconciliation operations across carrier partners

What you bring
  • Excellent collaborative skills, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations

  • Strong sense of determination and grit. Able to deal with ambiguity, lead through influence and drive projects to completion while working with competing priorities

  • Experience working with all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrable financial analysis skills

Candidate Qualifications

    • A Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) (considered an asset)

  • Experience

    • 5+ years of related work experience in voice telecommunications operations, product management or similar roles

Your Strategy. Their Success. Our Impact.

Every decision you make as Sr. Strategy Manager ripples across Canada's telecom ecosystem. Drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and modernize infrastructure while working flexibly with a team that gets results. This is where strategy meets execution-and where you'll thrive.
