• Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing telehealth services like video and phone therapy.
• Conduct detailed intake evaluations to understand the mental health histories and needs of clients, establishing effective therapeutic relationships.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, and where appropriate, group and family therapy, fostering dynamic and supportive environments for all participants.
• Administer comprehensive mental health assessments that inform treatment plans and serve as a basis for counseling and intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with Federal, State, and organizational policies, using our electronic health record systems.

Your role as an LICSW will involve working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and a current active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
