• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, focusing on treatment for emotional and mental health concerns.

Your primary work will be with stable, low-acuity clients, who are seeking guidance and support through their mental health challenges. All clients are thoroughly screened prior to booking to ensure the alignment of their needs with your therapeutic strengths. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate demeanor suitable for client interactions.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.
• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your license.

Experience in providing telehealth services is advantageous, as well as familiarity with tools that facilitate virtual counseling sessions. Prior experience with solution-focused therapeutic practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually based on hours worked and client load.
