We are seeking a dynamic ContentSystems and AISpecialist as a key contributoronthe ContentMarketingteam within BrandMarketing. In this role, you'll focus on modernizing how content is created with an emphasis on improving speed, flexibility, scalability, and efficiency whilemaintaininghigh standardsfor creativequality, compliance, andbrandexecution.

As the ContentSystems and AISpecialist, you'll be working closely withContent, Creative, Brand, Growth, and Digital Marketing leaders tobuild,document, andscalenew editorial approaches, workflows, and tools. There is a strong emphasis onAIenabledcontent creation, lightweight automation, and reusable systems that supportmultichannelcontent production (e.g., web, paid media, email/lifecycle).

This is ahands-on, builder role for someone with strong creative instincts whoisexcited to apply emerging technology to real creative problems.This is not a pure technology role and not a project management role.The ideal candidatethrives on cross-functional collaboration,brings sound creative judgment,hascreative or content experience, andbringscuriosity about/passion forhow tools, data, and systems can help teams create better work,faster.

Responsibilities:

Content & Workflow Innovation

  • Support the development, testing, and improvement ofnew contentcreation models, templates, and workflows that increase speed, flexibility, and volume of output.
  • Assess current content workflows (intake through launch),identifyfriction points, and propose practical improvements that reduce cycle time and review loops.
  • Help build repeatable, modular systems that enable content to be efficiently created, adapted, versioned, and reused acrossbrands/channels.
  • Translate creative needs into clearcreativetemplates, SOPs, QA checklists, and lightweight automation that others can easily adopt.

AI & Tool Enablement

  • Use AI toolsto support ideation, drafting, variant generation, versioning, repurposing, andchannelspecificadaptation of content.
  • Help develop andmaintainprompt libraries, guidelines, and best practices that producehighquality,onbrand, compliant outputs anddemonstratejudgment about when AI shouldand shouldnot be used.
  • Partner with senior team members to test tools, document learnings,establishguardrails, and scale what works.
  • Support responsible AI usage by helping ensure outputs follow brand, legal, privacy, accessibility, andapprovedusestandards.

Brand, Creative Quality & Optimization Support

  • Apply Brand Guidelines and creative standards when reviewing or assessing content generated through new workflows.
  • EvaluateAIassistedandcreative assettemplatedrivenwork for tone, voice, clarity, accuracy,accessibilitybasics, and brand alignment.
  • Flag quality or compliance issues and help refine processes to improve future output.
  • Support creative testing and optimization efforts by helping manage clean versioning, hypotheses, documentation of learnings, and application of insights.
  • Integrate creative and channel performance learnings (e.g., campaign results, engagement signals) back into content and workflow improvements.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Collaborate with writers,designers,video editors/creators,strategists, marketers, and channel teams (paid media, web, lifecycle/CRM) to ensure tools and workflows meetrealcreative and performance needs.
  • Help socialize new processes, tools, and learnings across teams to drive adoption.
  • Support training and enablement asnew approaches, templates, or AI practices are rolled out.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years in a creative, content, editorial, creative operations, digital production, orcontentadjacentrole.Experience reviewing design and content at scale across different channels and brands, and applying creative judgment tocontent quality, consistency, and brand alignment in aconsumerfacingenvironment.
  • Background in writing, editing, design, video, or content strategy within brand guidelines or reviewing creative work atscale.
  • Strong understanding of the creative lifecycle, including review and approval processes and previous exposure tocreative operations, content systems, DAMs, workflow tools, or modular design systems.
  • Handsonprofessional experience usingAI tools to support content creation (including but not limited to agentic AI modelssuch asCopilot,Claude,ChatGPT as well as more advanced models; as well as content creation tools and systems,includingAdobeSuite)with sound judgment aboutappropriate use.
  • Familiarity with creative testing fundamentals (A/B testing, hypotheses, documenting learnings), creative QA, accessibility basics, or publishing/trafficking tomarketing channels.
  • Curiosity about innovation and how emerging technologies can enhance (not replace) creative work.Comfortableexperimenting with new ways of working and learning through iteration, as well as helping change-manage across a team.
