What youโll do
As a Senior Project Manager, youโll be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism. Youโll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prepare and deliver proposals, contracts and presentations. Youโll also:
- Oversee projects so they are successful.ย
- Coordinate projects, resolving any scheduling, staffing or quality issues.
- Lead project teams, including staff and subconsultants, to deliver results.
- Invoice clients, provide explanations for billed items and follow up on accounts.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow company standards for online filing and documentation.
- ย Perform Root Cause Analysis for project write-offs and ensure quality control for assigned projects.
- Communicate technical concepts and ideas to clients and team members.
- Prioritize tasks and follow tight deadlines.
- Work across multiple disciplines to cross-market services.ย
What it takes
Ideally, youโll have a bachelorโs degree with at least 10 years of experience in municipal project management. Ideally, you will also:ย
- Have experience in the consulting industry.ย
- Be certified in Project Management.
- Hold a professional license in your respective discipline.ย
- Speak and write well.
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Be a team player.
