Job description

We are seeking an Assoc. BioServices Project Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories at Ithaca, New York.

Job Summary:
The Assoc. BioServices Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for external customers, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring projects meet IQVIA scientific, quality, and regulatory standards under the guidance of senior project management team members.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Oversee bioanalytical projects throughout their lifecycle including method development, validation, and sample analysis
  • Collaborate closely with scientific teams, technical writing, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on schedule
  • Maintain daily communication with customers and resolve sample discrepancies and project issues
  • Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and alert management of potential schedule risks
  • Coordinate customer visits and support external presentations and customer-facing activities
  • Partner with business development to prepare quotes and support assigned customers
  • Ensure proper project archiving and compliance with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory requirements
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field is required.
  • Experience with liquid chromatography combined with mass spectrometry
  • Hands-on knowledge of sample extraction, routine laboratory procedures, and bioanalytical assays
  • Understanding of method development and validation in a regulated laboratory environment
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

  • Strong ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams and external clients

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $62,000.00 - $129,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
