The Role

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead the launch and growth of new, innovative brands in the health and beauty space. This role owns end-to-end project management for product launches — tracking timelines, surfacing and escalating risks, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned from concept to launch.

You will bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, multi-stakeholder projects while helping build the processes that support the team as we scale.

What You Will Do
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish, proactively identifying potential challenges and ensuring on-time deliverables.
  • Track and communicate project statuses, budgets, resources, timelines, and next steps to the team and stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain and escalate risks across all product launches to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate between the Brand/Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Keep all communications and asset deliveries organized and tracked.
  • Route new projects and feedback through the appropriate teams for development and implementation.
  • Ensure all assets meet brand objectives and standards while staying within budget.
  • Identify project and process issues and help drive improvements over time.
  • Ensure established processes are followed and support team members in following them.
What You Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in a Project Management capacity, preferably at an ecommerce, DTC, or CPG company.
  • Experience with project management software, specifically Wrike.
  • AI-savvy with experience using AI tools including Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • Experience overseeing product launches; background in the health and supplements industry is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across management, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to know when and how to communicate escalations clearly to senior leadership.
