We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant (MA) to join our healthcare team in Greenville, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience with Chronic Care Management (CCM) and/or Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to support our patient care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient care activities and clinical procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and document patient data through Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) systems.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and take vital signs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding care plans and follow-up instructions.
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
