• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, leading to tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate client care effectively, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Provide crisis intervention support, directly assisting clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, employing de-escalation techniques to stabilize their conditions.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives, participating in workshops and educational sessions to enhance mental health awareness and promote available resources.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and coordinate efforts with team members.
• The ability to build strong therapeutic relationships through empathy, active listening, and genuine rapport.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation and timely follow-ups, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Previous experience working in a community mental health setting is preferred and will be considered a significant asset.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling efficient documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions.
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions, particularly for specialized populations, including youth or families.

• Attractive annual salary range of $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
