Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Marshal to serve as the ultimate electrical safety authority on our high-stakes projects. In this critical role, you will act as the expert responsible for ensuring that complex electrical systems are safely prepared for energization. You will lead the charge in preventing life-threatening accidents and ensuring that "going live" is a seamless, safe, and successful process.
Key Responsibilities●     Readiness Walk-downs: Lead comprehensive walk-downs to verify that all systems are 100% ready for power application.
●     LOTO Management: Oversee the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) process, ensuring every energy source is securely isolated and verified before work commences.
●     Communication & Traffic Control: Manage real-time communication between vendors and trades to prevent accidental contact with live power.
●     Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations strictly adhere to OSHA and NFPA 70E standards.
●     Hazard Tracking: Document every energization move and proactively track daily risks to maintain a zero-incident environment.
●     Asset Protection: Implement physical barriers and protection protocols for sensitive equipment during the power-on phase.
Qualifications●     Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
●     Certifications: Current OSHA and NFPA 70E certifications are mandatory.
●     Experience: Hands-on experience in high-voltage environments such as data centers, substations, or industrial plants.
●     Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with an obsessive attention to technical detail.
