Job Title: SOFTWARE ASSET MANAGER

Location: Remote

Client:  NFCU

Type: Contract, Long term

Compensation: Negotiable


Security Clearance: Not required but background check to include criminal, credit check and fingerprints is required 

 

Responsibilities

Assist in managing Software Asset Management (SAM) processes across various platforms, primarily focusing on ServiceNow.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to provide actionable insights at all organizational levels.

Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.

Support license reclamation, renewals, and optimization efforts to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.

Monitor end-of-life (EOL) software products and manage contracts and licenses accordingly.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree 

Demonstrated experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and the ServiceNow platform.

Strong knowledge of Software Asset Management lifecycle processes, including software licenses, entitlements, and renewals.

Proficiency with ServiceNow Performance Analytics tools, dashboard creation, KPI reporting, and trend analysis.

Ability to identify automation opportunities and streamline operational processes.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
