• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health and substance use needs, formulating personalized treatment plans based on these findings.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, with a focus on effective methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for clients, ensuring all aspects of a client’s treatment are addressed.
• Offer crisis intervention services, applying your expertise to manage acute situations, and providing support and guidance to clients in distress.
• Engage in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness, advocating for reduced stigma surrounding mental health and addiction.

The primary focus of this position lies in serving individuals facing substance use disorders alongside various mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse client base that includes people from multiple ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role will empower these individuals to navigate their recovery path and promote their overall well-being.

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s degree or a doctor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exemplify strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective therapeutic relationships with a wide range of clients.
• Showcase cultural competence and sensitivity for working effectively with diverse populations.
• Organizational capabilities and time-management skills to maintain documentation accurately and promptly.

• Experience in substance use disorder treatment or in settings specializing in detox would be a significant asset.
• Demonstrated success in crisis intervention and emergency response scenarios.
• Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms to effectively deliver remote therapy services.

The position offers an annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
