Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote telehealth therapy sessions, conducting both individual and group sessions focused on adolescents and young adults.
  • Assess client needs and develop targeted treatment plans that prioritize each client's unique background and therapeutic goals.
  • Facilitate support groups, maintaining a maximum of 8 clients per group to ensure personalized attention and deep therapeutic engagement.
  • Participate in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to enhance skills, share insights, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans in compliance with industry standards.
  • Access and utilize online platforms for remote engagement with clients, employing effective telehealth practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young clients, including those facing diverse challenges in mental health, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. By creating a safe and open virtual environment, you will establish strong therapeutic relationships that contribute to sustainable healing and personal growth. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Possession of a valid license to practice as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT.
  • Available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week, with an option for increased hours depending on whether you choose the 1099 (contract) or W2 employment model.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional care in a remote setting, showcasing expertise in working with a young client demographic.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with adolescent populations, particularly in a telehealth setting.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and contemporary therapeutic modalities.
  • Previous experience in group therapy facilitation is an advantage.
  • A strong understanding of the unique therapeutic needs of clients facing mental health challenges.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer free access to clinical continuing education units (CEUs) to help you meet licensing requirements and pursue additional areas of interest.
