Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Vermont
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a Vermont-licensed LICSW to provide virtual therapy services to individuals through telehealth. This role involves working with clients as they navigate emotional challenges, trauma, stress, and personal changes while providing support that is tailored to their needs.
The therapist will conduct sessions, evaluate client concerns, guide treatment goals, and maintain clear documentation while delivering care in a remote setting.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete client assessments and identify areas of support and treatment focus
  • Develop and review treatment goals based on client needs and progress
  • Help clients manage emotional concerns, trauma-related challenges, and life stressors
  • Maintain accurate session notes and clinical documentation
  • Coordinate with other providers or resources when additional support is needed
  • Follow Vermont licensing requirements, confidentiality standards, and ethical guidelines

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related clinical field
  • Active Vermont LICSW license
  • Experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing a remote caseload
