• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that consider each patient's unique circumstances and needs, leading to the creation of personalized treatment plans.

You will work with a diverse range of patients primarily experiencing end-of-life issues and chronic illnesses. Our patient population includes individuals from various backgrounds, each with unique personal histories and mental health needs. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy.
