Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring compliance with all licensing and HIPAA regulations.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's individual needs, fostering growth and exploration in their therapeutic journey.
• Creating comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that address the specific mental health challenges faced by your clients, regularly updating these based on progress assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing for unsupervised practice.
• No limitations or provisional licenses; a clean disciplinary record is essential.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, active listening, and a supportive demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills, ensuring a seamless transition into our digital counseling platform.

Preferred Experience
