Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing ethical practices that prioritize client welfare.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs, promoting effective therapy outcomes.
• Develop unique treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring alignment with client goals and progress monitoring.
• Facilitate insightful discussions with clients to help them understand their experiences, feelings, and relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a range of mental health needs. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A license to practice independently in Texas, including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions in your history.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.
• Strong computer skills, ensuring proficiency in utilizing telehealth systems and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth practice, with familiarity in using technology for client assessments and therapy sessions.
• Background in working with a diverse client population, focusing on varying mental health needs.
• Proven ability to develop successful treatment plans and interventions for adults.
