Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Montage Counseling Center, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality therapeutic services to couples and families, conducting sessions both together and individually to ensure the best outcomes.
• Conducting thorough assessments and creating tailored treatment plans that address issues such as substance abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, and adjustment difficulties.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and improve communication among family members.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to engage clients in their treatments, providing insightful recommendations and ongoing support.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds experiencing challenges. You will work with:

• Couples facing relationship hardships while managing conflicts and communication barriers.
• Families dealing with complex dynamics, including blended family situations, conflicts among siblings, or adjustments to separation and divorce.
• Individuals managing stressors related to work, medical issues, or mental health concerns, providing holistic support to improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for promoting patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

While experience can enhance your application, we welcome both recently licensed professionals and seasoned therapists. Preferred experience includes:

• Previous experience in a community health setting or teletherapy.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and a desire to implement evidence-based practices.
• A background in addressing a wide array of family dynamics, particularly in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide:
