This is what we are looking for: RPG Free/RPGIII/ RPGIV (RPG3/RPG4), CL, and EMBEDDED SQL development. (need to see where they have used these languages and what they used them for.. development of what types of systems? Analysis of Issues related to the current task ( Existing code impact analysis with the new code change), SQL/400 or DBU, any one of them is mandatory. Implementer Tool for Change management and Hawkeye tool for existing code impact analysis, Retail domain knowledge on Order, Billing, Inventory, and invoice process flows We need to see projects where they have worked on Order processing (what have they done at the client they worked at?) What have they done with billing? What have they done with invoices and what are the process flows for that client? What retail clients have they worked for? Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate IT programming in a non-technical manner. Must have strong organizational, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be detail-oriented and have strong project/time management and research skills.
