• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, providing continual support and guidance throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailoring the approach to each client's preferences and requirements.
• Maintain meticulous, timely documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and facilitating ongoing client progress tracking.

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with individuals who are seeking support in navigating their mental health journeys and aspire to achieve improved well-being through structured therapeutic interventions.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant mental health discipline; however, preference is given to applicants holding a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build meaningful connections with clients in a remote setting.
• Empathy and a compassionate approach towards addressing clients' experiences and mental health challenges.
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage remote therapy sessions, including scheduling and documentation.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• Experience working with clients from varied socioeconomic backgrounds and cultural contexts.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology for remote therapy delivery.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
