Overview

The Technical Manager, Artificial Intelligence, Data Architecture & Analytics will lead the architecture, operations, and advancement of Quorum’s enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities. This role oversees platforms including Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and related AI/ML technologies that enable enterprise reporting, predictive analytics, and business process optimization.

This role is responsible for aligning business processes with data-driven and AI-enabled insights, ensuring Quorum’s enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms deliver measurable business value. The Technical Manager will oversee data pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, and AI-based analytics solutions while driving predictive and intelligent analytics capabilities to support smarter business decisions across Finance, Sales, Operations, and other global business functions.

This role plays a critical part in advancing Quorum’s digital transformation by enabling trusted data, scalable analytics, and practical AI solutions that empower operational excellence across global teams.

This position is ideal for a technically hands-on leader who can connect artificial intelligence, data architecture, analytics, and business process improvement to deliver actionable intelligence and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Artificial Intelligence & Predictive Analytics

  • Lead the development and implementation of AI-enabled analytics solutions that support forecasting, pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and predictive business insights.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI, machine learning, and automation to improve decision-making across Finance, Sales, Operations, and other enterprise functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable AI and analytics use cases.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and guide the adoption of AI/ML frameworks, tools, and methods that align with enterprise data strategy.
  • Ensure AI and predictive analytics solutions are practical, explainable, maintainable, and aligned with business value.

Data Architecture & Engineering

  • Own and maintain the technical architecture of Quorum’s Enterprise Data Warehouse, including Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and related data technologies.
  • Design and implement scalable data models that represent business processes, operational metrics, and enterprise performance indicators.
  • Manage data ingestion pipelines from systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Define and enforce standards for data quality, refresh cadence, data governance, model performance, and platform reliability.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Security teams to ensure data solutions align with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and security best practices.

Analytics & Business Process Enablement

  • Translate business workflows into analytical models, dashboards, and visualizations that drive insight, accountability, and action.
  • Manage and optimize Power BI and Tableau workspaces, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reporting delivery.
  • Collaborate with business teams to build dashboards that monitor performance, revenue, renewals, churn, bookings, and other key business metrics.
  • Align analytics design with operational processes to ensure business users can make timely, data-informed decisions.
  • Deliver and maintain core dashboards and reporting assets such as Master FP&A, SARR, and Executive Bookings Reporting.
  • Establish scalable semantic models and reporting standards that improve consistency, usability, and trust in enterprise analytics.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of data engineers, BI developers, and analytics professionals.
  • Oversee sprint planning, task prioritization, delivery timelines, and quality control for team deliverables.
  • Promote continuous learning around AI, advanced analytics, data automation, data architecture, and visualization techniques.
  • Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to ensure high-quality design, development, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic thinker who understands the business and can translate complex data and technology concepts into actionable business insight.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT, and business teams to align standards, compliance, governance, and data integrity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Operations, and other functions to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Act as the technical bridge between raw data, AI-enabled insights, and business value realization.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives through trusted data, scalable analytics, and practical AI adoption.
  • And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in data architecture, data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, or AI/ML-enabled analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience leading technical teams, projects, or delivery efforts.
  • Proven experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, semantic models, dimensional design, and enterprise data warehouse architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, predictive analytics, or applied machine learning use cases.
  • Experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines, dashboards, analytical models, and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
  • Experience in agile delivery environments and version-controlled development, such as Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining a focus on quality, scalability, and business value.

Additional Details

  • Salary commensurate with experience ($135,000 - $185,000 US Dollars) with bi-weekly pay via direct deposit. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Quorum Software reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications, experience, training, work history, and geographic location of the selected candidate.
  • Background Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.
