This person will own client’s content narrative across videos, articles, and communication standards, helping the platform tell a business-first story without losing its technical credibility. Client’s story spans governed agent execution, reusable platform capabilities, migration patterns, and scale architecture, so this role must be equally comfortable with product positioning and technical translation.
What this person will own:
Build client’s messaging framework for internal adoption and external storytelling
Create and run the editorial calendar for videos, articles, feature spotlights, and launch content
Develop messaging standards for how client communicates technical value through end-user outcomes
Turn platform capabilities into understandable narratives for executives, builders, sellers, PMs, and delivery leaders
Partner directly with client leadership, product owners, UX, and engineering to extract stories from platform work already delivered and in motion
