Vantor is a place for problem solvers, changemakers, and go-getters-where people are working together to help our customers see the world differently, and in doing so, be seen differently. Come be part of a mission, not just a job, where you can: Shape your own future, build the next big thing, and change the world.

Please review the job details below.

Vantor is seeking an experienced ISR Collection Analyst to support intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations in the GCC. The ISR Collection Analyst is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the collection of intelligence data from a variety of ISR assets to support military operations, intelligence requirements, and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will work closely with military commanders, collection managers, analysts, and operational stakeholders to ensure ISR resources are effectively employed to satisfy priority intelligence requirements. This role requires expertise in ISR planning, collection management, intelligence operations, and the integration of multiple ISR platforms and capabilities to support mission success.

Working Conditions

  • Position based in the GCC.
  • May require periodic travel within the region.
  • Ability to support mission requirements in dynamic operational and military environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage ISR collection activities in support of military operations and intelligence requirements.
  • Understand, prioritize, and translate commander and analyst intelligence requirements into actionable ISR collection plans.
  • Task and coordinate appropriate ISR platforms, including satellites, airborne systems, unmanned systems, ground sensors, and other collection assets based on mission objectives and asset availability.
  • Develop detailed ISR collection plans aligned with operational timelines, intelligence priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor ISR collection activities to ensure effective utilization of available resources and collection capabilities.
  • Coordinate ISR operations across military units, intelligence organizations, and partner agencies to prevent conflicts and maximize collection effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of ISR collection efforts and adjust collection plans as operational requirements evolve.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to improve situational awareness and operational outcomes.
  • Integrate ISR-derived information into intelligence products, operational assessments, and mission planning activities.
  • Prepare collection assessments, intelligence reports, briefings, and operational updates for military and government leadership.
  • Ensure ISR operations comply with applicable military procedures, intelligence oversight requirements, security protocols, and operational standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Aerospace Engineering, Geospatial Intelligence, Remote Sensing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in ISR operations, intelligence collection, collection management, military operations, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience conducting ISR collection and analysis in support of military operations.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and assessing ISR collection activities across multiple collection platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ISR capabilities, collection management processes, intelligence requirements management, and operational planning.
  • Experience supporting military operations in joint, coalition, or multinational environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing operational briefings and intelligence reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting NATO, U.S., Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), or allied military and defense organizations.
  • Experience working in Joint Operations Centers (JOCs), intelligence fusion centers, ISR operations centers, or military headquarters environments.
  • Familiarity with airborne ISR platforms, satellite systems, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), and sensor management processes.
  • Knowledge of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) security dynamics and regional military operations.
  • Experience integrating ISR collection with GEOINT, OSINT, All-Source Fusion, and Collection Management functions.
