• Establish and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering trust and openness.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, determining appropriate courses of treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

The clients you will serve encompass a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will play a crucial role in helping clients develop resilience and coping strategies, navigating the complexities of their situations.

• Must hold an active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in providing both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively across a caseload of clients.

• Experience in a telehealth setting, familiar with virtual therapy modalities and digital communication tools.
• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar organization is a plus.
• Training in specific therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or family systems therapy.
