  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability evaluations.
  • Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

  • Facilitate design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions.
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards.
  • Define success criteria for design initiatives in partnership with Product Management.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and identify improvement opportunities.

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex B2B products.
  • Proven experience working in complex environments involving dense data, multi-user workflows, administrative tools, or operational systems.
  • Strong product thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to independently drive discovery and translate research insights into product and experience decisions, rather than simply validating existing assumptions.
  • Experience partnering directly with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, facilitate productive discussions, and influence product decisions through research, data, and strong communication.
  • Experience defining, measuring, and communicating UX metrics tied to customer and business outcomes.
  • Experience using product analytics, customer feedback, and usage data to inform design decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design system contribution.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility principles and experience designing inclusive experiences.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI-enabled products, conversational interfaces, automation workflows, or machine learning-powered experiences.
  • Experience designing enterprise AI experiences, decision-support tools, or productivity-enhancing workflows.
  • Experience supporting global products and distributed teams.
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems at scale.
