As a mental health counselor at Tree of Life, you will work remotely, providing you with the ability to create a workspace that enhances your productivity and comfort. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
• Lead one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote healing and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress by setting specific therapeutic milestones and regularly reviewing outcomes to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Provide comprehensive teletherapy options, ensuring clients have access to quality care regardless of their location.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and therapeutic progress to adhere to ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a diverse and varied client population, including individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic experience and fosters a deeper understanding of their circumstances. You will play a key role in guiding them through their mental health challenges, allowing them to achieve meaningful and sustained improvement.

• A current, state-issued license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, experience in teletherapy or working within community health settings is considered a valuable asset. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based approaches to treatment enhances the effectiveness of your practice. Tree of Life offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, which is commensurate with caseload and experience.
